Imagine Outdoors have been working with schools across Cornwall to support them by providing fun and creative outdoor experiences that support the curriculum. Our 2023/2024 schools offer allows us to work with teachers and pastoral carers to help all children access education in a way that suits them.
Imagine Outdoors experiences
Imagine Outdoors experiences are in school or external activities run by our experienced instructors to enhance your curriculum teaching, for your students to learn outside of the classroom and to give them the opportunity to enhance their well being through accessing green space.
We have a series of premade “Experiences” that are stand alone lessons or we can work with you to match these to a topic you are learning at school.
We can also mix and match activities from other experiences or discuss additional skills to match curriculum needs eg compass work / flag making for host countries.

1:2:1’s
Imagine outdoors offers bespoke activities for students who struggle to access the classroom as part of their full time education. Our alternative provision sessions are run by our excellent outdoor instructors all of whom are qualified forest school leaders or have equivalent outdoor experience. We have seen time and again the benefit that time in green spaces can have on young people’s social, behavioural and self-esteem. They are fully safeguarding and first aid trained and have experience with young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
Our leaders can design sessions aiming to match in the class curriculum, build confidence and/ or build relationships with others. Sessions can be as frequent as you feel appropriate for the learner and can take place in school or in one of our Imagine Outdoors locations.
